The Boomerangs at Johanna is 35 minutes west of Apollo Bay and 10 minutes east of Lavers Hill. The quickest route from Melbourne is via Colac. This will take about two and a half hours. The more scenic and recommended route is along the Great Ocean Road. This is one of the most scenic drives in the world. From Melbourne it will take about 3 hours to get here. We suggest you stop along the way at some of the fantastic seaside towns. Torquay, Lorne and Apollo Bay are the main towns you will pass through. You will also pass by many beautiful beaches - many of which may be completely deserted. It's always nice to be the only footprints in the sand.
