Swathes of gently-sloping pasture either side of a valley merge together like interlocking fingers covered in green velvet. Dairy cows, like those you'd find among farmyard animals in a toy box, are dotted here and there. And the sun is shining, throwing up metallic-blue highlights on the stretch of Southern Ocean beyond the valley. Much more interesting than a cabin with four walls, the boomerangs are at home among rugged beauty. The placement of each cabin was exacting to ensure complete privacy.
